Shipping & Delivery

At this time, D'Evas Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  D'Evas Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico also.  At this time, no additional international locations are served. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within three business days and are shipped via USPS.  Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt after your order has shipped.  Tracking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of your shipment.  If you are in need of an expedited shipment, please email us at or call us at 713-364-2860 and we will be glad to process your request.  

If you are located in Houston and would like to do a Local Pick-Up that option is available at Check-Out.

All products on our website are stock are In-Stock and Ready to Ship unless otherwise noted in the product details. All PRE-ORDER items are given an expected shipping date. Please note dates are expected by delivery from our vendor, so allow up to 4-7 days after that date for product receipt at our boutique.  Please note dates are expected and can vary.

**Customer Pick-Ups**

Please note that your exchange/return period begins 24 hours after your order is placed.  You will receive an email with "Ready for Pick-Up" in the subject line once your order is ready to be picked up.  If your order is less than $150.00 you will pay a shipping fee of $10.00.  If your order is not picked up by close of business by the specified date in the email, your order will automatically be shipped to you.  Please ensure you have entered your correct shipping address.  If your order is picked up by the date enclosed in the email you will receive a credit voucher to apply towards your next in store purchase for the shipping fee.  Shipping Credit Code Vouchers are valid for 30 Days only.

Return Policy

We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping.  All Sales are Final on Accessories, Body Suits, Lingerie, Swimwear, ALL SALE and Consignment Items. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. SALE ITEMS INCLUDE Online Exclusives, Markdowns, Promotional and Sale Purchases. All purchases where a promotional/sale code is entered is Final Sale.  

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS and issue refunds.  If you cancel an order before it has shipped you will be issued a store credit on the items that are eligible for return.  Non-returnable items will not be permitted to be cancelled. 

Clothing garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit to apply towards a new purchase, NO REFUNDS.  Store credits are valid for 30 Days.  Garments must be unworn with tags attached.  ALL returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please email us at, with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.  A RAN and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The RAN is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return beyond the 7 days, it will not be accepted. ALL returns without a RAN will be refused.  RAN Codes ARE NOT abel to be combined with any other purchasing/promotional codes.  RAN Codes are assigned per order and are not combinable.

We do not offer exchanges. For all returns we will issue a store credit only.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost for product(s).  If we find any defects on the merchandise and/or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

Items refused at shipping and/or returned without a RAN will access a 25% restocking fee along with shipping cost of the order.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

D’Evas Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by loss, stolen mail, unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

D’Evas Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $100.00 insurance through USPS.
